Refund policy
Every Dump Trump Tees item is printed on demand, made to order just for you. Because each product is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind. Please review the size chart before ordering.
We will replace or refund, free of charge, if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or
- You received the wrong item (wrong design, size, or color than ordered).
To claim a replacement or refund, email dumptrumpteesorg@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the shipping label where relevant). Once approved, we'll reprint and reship the correct item, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Order changes & cancellations: Because items go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible at dumptrumpteesorg@gmail.com.
Lost or stuck packages: If tracking shows your order hasn't moved or wasn't delivered, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. You'll be notified by email.
