Products: All items are made-to-order, print-on-demand apparel. Product images and mockups are representations; actual colors may vary slightly due to your screen, the printing process, and the garment.

Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/production issues. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing: Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We're not liable for typographical pricing errors and may cancel affected orders.

Expressive content: Our products feature political and satirical commentary. They are protected expression and are offered as such. You are responsible for how and where you choose to wear or display them.

Intellectual property: All designs, logos, and site content are the property of Dump Trump Tees and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
